Born and raised in Gippsland, Lisa studied and worked in Melbourne and interstate before moving back to Gippsland in 2016. She has a diverse range of experience in both private and public sector, across industries including building construction, aviation, primary production, and regional development. In 2020, Lisa participated in the Gippsland Community Leadership Program, and in 2023 she completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Federation University’s Gippsland campus.
With over two decades of experience in pharmacy and management, Deanna’s career has spanned roles from retail manager and dispensary technician to teaching pharmacy certificates at a tertiary level. Her extensive background in customer experience, leadership, and people management provides a strong foundation for her current role.
Deanna oversees the day-to-day operations of the Centre, supporting tenants, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the smooth and professional running of the facility.
Lisa and Deanna work collaboratively to create a vibrant, connected, and forward-thinking community within the Morwell Innovation Centre. Through their leadership and dedication, they foster an environment that encourages collaboration, sparks innovation, and generates meaningful opportunities for local businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and the wider Gippsland region. By bringing together diverse talents, ideas, and resources, they help members grow, connect, and succeed, shaping a dynamic ecosystem that supports economic development, creativity, and the future prosperity of the community.
