Our employees work from home and the MIC offers us a reliable hub that is convenient, well-appointed and wonderfully run. The rooms are very easy to use with full tech capability for online meetings. Having permanent MIC staff on site to support visitors means we don’t worry that things can’t be worked out.

Thank you for hosting our workshop recently, we absolutely love the Conference Room space with the automatic doors and natural light. We'll definitely be back when we find ourselves in Gippsland again!

The MIC is the perfect place for the Maryvale Energy from Waste project. Our site hosts from Federation University are friendly and supportive and help us make the most out of our residency. The MIC also hosts regular opportunities to learn and share information on a range of innovation and local interest topics

I love going to a comfortable workplace where I can chat with people and have my office requirements met. It is a terrific work environment with lots of natural light and places and spaces to enjoy inside and outside. The amenities are spotless, accessible and have everything I need

I enjoy working at the MIC with the physical amenity - loads of natural light, adjustable stand-up desks, big screens with everything set up to plug into, and an EV charger to plug into whilst working in the building. And the social amenity - there is abundant and genuine human interest, I always feel welcomed and included (rare in a shared hot desk setting), there is proximity to innovative thinkers and the positive energy emitted by a critical mass of change-makers. I also appreciate the connection to a regional university space again, providing the chance to meet inspiring local leaders. These elements combine to satisfy my wish to be part of my chosen community.
