Innovation Breakfast Series: Inclusive Employment and Building Participation

Visible and invisible disabilities are often misunderstood and as a result, disabled people are regularly overlooked for employment opportunities. This is distressing to our disabled community but is also a loss for our local employers who often miss out on the valuable contribution this cohort can offer.

Join with us as we discuss and breakdown some of the perceived barriers and hear from all our speakers about their own personal experiences when joining the workforce. How can we work to ensure that Gippsland is making the most of inclusive employment opportunities and building participation in our region?
